Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items back in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
